The closest airport is St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Use the flight finder below to search from your location!

Transportation from the Airport

The Drury Inn does not offer airport shuttle service. Here are a few options for getting to the hotel from the airport:

  1. Schedule a ride with Go Best Express. Tickets can be purchased at the airport or online ($38-45/person round trip)
  2. Take a taxi or Uber ($60+ round trip)
  3. Rent a car
  4. You can take the Metrolink to the Union Station stop and then walk across street to hotel ($7.50/ticket), however given the recent activity in the city you may feel unsafe. In this case, I would prefer you do #5 below…
  5. Call Christine to help with coordinating a ride. My phone number is on the invitation!

By Train…or boat…or BUS!

Honestly we don’t recommend the second mode of transportation. However, if you live in Minnesota, technically you could look into taking a ferry down the Mississippi…

Let us know how that goes.

However, the train or bus are viable options. A Greyhound Bus from Minnesota takes about 15-18 hours, and runs about $150 round trip.

Drive time from Minneapolis: ~8.5 hours (assuming a moderate amount of stops and reasonable speed…)

We recommend downloading the Waze App for your phone as there tends to be a lot of random construction in Iowa. Shocking, we know. Feel free to send us a message for recommendations on driving from the cities. Kyle and Chris make the trip frequently!
